About Me
My name is Trace Burke, and my work began long before I ever chose a title. Yes, I am a Hypnotherapist and a QHHT Level 2 Practitioner. I am also a Lightworker, Channeler, Quantum Explorer, Energy Conductor, Ascension Coach, Life Coach, Empath, Psychic, Spiritual Healer, and Tarot Reader, just to name a few roles I’ve embodied. But none of these fully contain me. They’re doorways, not definitions.

I was born into the fire, a toxic, enmeshed family system steeped in generational trauma. Abuse wasn’t an exception. It was the atmosphere. From my first breath, I was initiated into a reality where I had to become my own protector, my own witness, my own healer. No one came to save me. So I became the one who could.

That crucible was my training ground. While others earned certifications in classrooms, I earned mine in the silent hours of survival, in the psychic landscapes I had to map alone, and in the vast inner worlds I had to navigate just to stay alive. And later, to truly live.
​
My background bridges Nursing, Psychology, Spirituality and a lifelong devotion to the metaphysical. But more than that, I’ve walked the spiral path of soul remembrance. I don’t just understand trauma, I’ve transmuted it. I don’t just practice healing, I embody it.

My purpose is simple: to be a mirror, a map, and a sacred disruption. I hold space for you to meet your soul, reclaim your truth, and remember the vastness of who you are.
