I am excited to introduce Mirror and Ink, a new writing and journaling based gathering beginning in January. This group is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their inner work through the written word, build a consistent journaling practice, and experience a supportive space where reflection, clarity, and personal growth can unfold naturally. Mirror and Ink is a place for honesty, creativity, and gentle exploration, whether your pages are light, heavy, or somewhere in between.

Here is how Mirror and Ink will work.

• Members will journal throughout the month at their own pace. Entries can be short, long, emotional, peaceful, messy, or structured. There is no required format or expectation for perfection.

• During the first week of the following month, we will gather to ground, reflect, and explore the themes and experiences that shaped the previous month.
